BRÜKSEL / OH MY BRUSSEL!

Gezelim görelim postlarımızın bir yenisi daha.. Bu sefer eşsiz bir mimariye sahip olan Brükselden bahsedeceğiz. Dünyanın en güzel şehirlerinden biri bence. Meydanları, cıvıl cıvıl cafeleri, pazarları ve en önemlisi çikolataları.. Sadece 2 gün geçirdiğim bu şehre aşık oldum diyebilirim.

Here is the new travel post. This time, we will talk about the Brussel which has the magnificent architecture. I think Brussel is the one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It has amazing squares, pretty cafes, bazaars and -the important one- chocolates.. I spent just 2 days in this city, but I can definitely say that I was in love with Brussel.

İlk önce şehrin sokaklarından bir kareyle başlamak istiyorum. Grand Place adındaki büyük meydana açılan bu sokaklarda sağlı sollu hediyelik eşya dükkanlarına ve minik çikolatacılara rastlıyorsunuz. Hepsinden tatmak istesem de çoğuna sadece bakmakla yetindim.

First of all, I would like to mention about the streets of this city. The streets take you to the big square which is called ' Grand Place '. In these streets, you can find a lot of souvenir and chocolate shops.

  

Ve işte Brüksel'i Brüksel yapan o güzel meydan Grand Place. Bu meydanda tarih ve modernlik iç içe. Eski kraliyet binası, saraylar, kiliseler, restoranlar ve çikolatacılar var. O kadar temiz, o kadar güzel ki hayran kalmamak elde değil.

And here is the famous square 'Grand Place'. In this square, you can see the history in the harmony of modernicty. This square is so clean and beautiful. 

Çikolatalar çikolatalar.. Baktım olacak gibi değil, girdim çikolatacılardan birine. Hayır tadları güzel olduğu gibi bir de sanatsallık var bu çikolatalarda. Boşuna dememişler Brüksel çikolatası bir başkadır diye. Ağladım resmen. Tabi gitmişken hediye almamak olmazdı, bende nasibime düşeni aldım ve şehri gezmeye devam ettim.

Chocolates and chocolates.. I couldn't believe that they were both delicious and artistic. I bought a pair of chocolates as a gift for my parents and I moved on for this beautiful city.

Meydandan ara sokaklara girdiğinizde bir çok ünlü olmayan ama tasarım mağazaya rastlıyorsunuz. Benim de dikkatimi ilginç soyunma kabinlerine sahip bu mağaza çekti. Hele bir kabinin üzerinde yazan yazı sanırım hayat felsefemiz olmalı. :) Bir de şu minik clutch çanta. Gözüm kaldı ama almadım. Hala rüyalarıma girer kendileri. :)

And the shops, which are not famous but cool .. This shop has interesting changing rooms . The quote which is written on one of these cabins is very meaningful. The other beautiful thing was this little pink clutch. I didn't buy it but I still see it on my dreams. :)

Brüksel'in simgelerinden biri işeyen çocuk heykeliymiş. Bu heykeli o kadar çok aradık ki size anlatamam. Görünce hayal kırıklığına uğradım açıkcası çünkü beklediğimden çok daha küçüktü. Ama rivayete göre, Brüksel'e gidip bu heykeli bir kez görürseniz, mutlaka o şehre tekrar uğrayacaksınız. Hadi bakalım bir sonraki ziyaretim ne zaman olacak ben de merakla bekliyorum. :)

This is the symbol of the Brussel - Mannekan Pis. It was a very little sculpture that makes let me down but it has a beautiful meaning. Rumour has it that, if you see this sculpture once in Brussel, you will definitely come here again and I am looking forward to go there again.:)

Ve Brüksel'in gecesi. Gidip herhangi bir pub veya cafede oturmak yerine içeceklerimizi alıp bu güzel meydanda soluklandık. Size de en kısa sürede bu güzel şehre gelmenizi öneriyorum. :)

The nights and lights of the city. It was totally beautiful and I strongly suggest you to go to Bruseel and see this beauty.
